Eine herausnehmbare Form (26 cm \u00d8) einfetten. 1 Ei trennen. F\u00fcr den M\u00fcrbeteig Mehl, Kakao, Salz und Puderzucker in einer Sch\u00fcssel vermischen. Eigelb und Butter in St\u00fccken hinzuf\u00fcgen. Zuerst mit den Knethaken des Handr\u00fchrger\u00e4tes und dann mit den H\u00e4nden verkneten, bis ein weicher Teig entsteht. Auf einer bemehlten Arbeitsfl\u00e4che einen Kreis (ca. 26 cm Durchmesser) ausrollen. Legen Sie den Boden der Form darauf.
