Allerdings ist es sehr reich an Mineralstoffen und Spurenelementen, wie Phosphor, Kalium, Magnesium und Kalzium. In unserer traditionellen K\u00fcche vertreten, schlagen wir unten eine alternative Art der Zucchinizubereitung vor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Durch Befolgen des unten beschriebenen Rezepts ist es m\u00f6glich, ausgezeichnete, schmackhafte und k\u00f6stliche Zucchini-Burger<\/strong>&nbsp;zuzubereiten&nbsp;, wodurch wir den Fleischkonsum reduzieren k\u00f6nnen. Mit den unten angegebenen Mengen k\u00f6nnen Sie etwa 6\u20138 Burger zubereiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sie ben\u00f6tigen: 2 mittelgro\u00dfe Zucchini (Gesamtgewicht ca. 450 Gramm), 50 Gramm Parmesank\u00e4sepulver, 50 Gramm geriebenes Vollkornbrot, eine halbe gemahlene Knoblauchzehe, einen L\u00f6ffel gemahlene Zwiebel, einen Teel\u00f6ffel s\u00fc\u00dfe Chilischote, 1 Ei ganz, mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Zucchini sch\u00e4len, reiben und auf ein Sieb geben, um m\u00f6glichst viel Wasser freizusetzen. Wir geben die Zucchini in einen Beh\u00e4lter und f\u00fcgen Parmesan, Semmelbr\u00f6sel, Knoblauch, Zwiebel, Salz und Pfeffer hinzu. Gut vermischen, bis alle Zutaten integriert sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In einem anderen Teller schlagen wir das Ei und legen auch ein wenig Semmelbr\u00f6sel beiseite. Nehmen Sie einen Teil des Teigs, formen Sie ihn zu einer Frikadelle und legen Sie ihn in das Ei und die Semmelbr\u00f6sel. Wiederholen Sie dies mit den anderen Portionen (insgesamt sind es etwa 6\u20138).
