{"id":4800,"date":"2024-10-27T09:14:28","date_gmt":"2024-10-27T09:14:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.recipes-eu.com\/?p=4800"},"modified":"2024-10-27T09:14:28","modified_gmt":"2024-10-27T09:14:28","slug":"spinat-spiegelei-und-salzkartoffeln","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.recipes-eu.com\/?p=4800","title":{"rendered":"Spinat, Spiegelei und Salzkartoffeln"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zutaten:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">500 g frischer Spinat<br>1 kleine Zwiebel<br>3 EL Butter<br>2 EL Mehl<br>1 EL fl\u00fcssige Sahne<br>Salz und Pfeffer nach Geschmack<br>Eine Prise geriebene Muskatnuss<br>Optional: etwas gek\u00f6rntes Br\u00fchepulver (Aromat oder Fondor)<br>4 Eier<br>1 TL \u00d6l zum Braten<br>3 Kartoffeln, gesch\u00e4lt und geschnitten<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zubereitung:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Den frischen Spinat waschen und die Stiele entfernen.<br>Den Spinat kurz in kochendes Wasser geben, dann abseihen und dabei 200 ml des Kochsuds auffangen.<br>Die abgek\u00fchlten Spinatbl\u00e4tter durch einen Fleischwolf drehen oder mit einem Zauberstab p\u00fcrieren (alternativ).<br>Die Kartoffeln sch\u00e4len, in kleine St\u00fccke schneiden und in leicht gesalzenem Wasser kochen, bis sie gar sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Die Zwiebel sch\u00e4len und fein hacken. In einem Topf die Butter schmelzen und die Zwiebel goldgelb anschwitzen.<br>Das Mehl dazugeben und kr\u00e4ftig umr\u00fchren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nach und nach die abgemessene Spinatbr\u00fche hinzuf\u00fcgen und weiter r\u00fchren, bis die Sauce eindickt.<br>Den p\u00fcrierten Spinat dazugeben und alles gut vermischen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Die Sauce mit Sahne, Salz, Pfeffer, Muskat und nach Belieben einer Prise gek\u00f6rntem Br\u00fchepulver abschmecken.
