Perfekt f\u00fcr kalte Tage und f\u00fcr alle, die deftige K\u00fcche lieben!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Zutaten f\u00fcr 4 Personen:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>250 g Zwiebeln<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 g Schweinefleisch<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 g Rindfleisch<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g durchwachsener Speck<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 g Sauerkraut<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 ml Fleischbr\u00fche<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 EL Tomatenmark<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Becher Cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 TL Speisest\u00e4rke<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 TL rosenscharfes Paprikapulver<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salz und Pfeffer nach Geschmack<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 EL Wasser<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Zubereitung Schritt f\u00fcr Schritt:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Vorbereitung der Zutaten:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Zwiebeln sch\u00e4len und in d\u00fcnne Scheiben schneiden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Schweine- und Rindfleisch waschen, trocken tupfen und in ca. 2 cm gro\u00dfe W\u00fcrfel schneiden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Den Speck ebenfalls in W\u00fcrfel schneiden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Speck und Zwiebeln anbraten:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Den Speck in einem gro\u00dfen Topf oder einer Pfanne bei mittlerer Hitze auslassen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Zwiebeln hinzuf\u00fcgen und f\u00fcr ca. 5 Minuten and\u00fcnsten, bis sie glasig sind.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Fleisch anbraten:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tomatenmark und Paprikapulver zu den Zwiebeln geben und kurz unterr\u00fchren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Fleischw\u00fcrfel hinzuf\u00fcgen und alles mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Sauerkraut und Br\u00fche dazugeben:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Das Sauerkraut auf das Fleisch geben und mit der Fleischbr\u00fche \u00fcbergie\u00dfen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alles gut vermengen und bei niedriger bis mittlerer Hitze ca. 1,5 Stunden schmoren lassen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. So\u00dfe verfeinern:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche unter das Gulasch r\u00fchren, um die So\u00dfe cremig zu machen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Speisest\u00e4rke mit 2 EL Wasser anr\u00fchren und die So\u00dfe damit binden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6. Abschmecken und servieren:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Das Gulasch nochmals mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hei\u00df servieren, am besten mit frischem Brot, Kartoffeln oder Kl\u00f6\u00dfen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tipp:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dieses Gericht schmeckt am n\u00e4chsten Tag noch besser, wenn die Aromen Zeit hatten, sich vollst\u00e4ndig zu entfalten.
