{"id":5032,"date":"2025-01-02T21:27:37","date_gmt":"2025-01-02T21:27:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.recipes-eu.com\/?p=5032"},"modified":"2025-01-02T21:27:37","modified_gmt":"2025-01-02T21:27:37","slug":"selbstgemachte-schaumrollen-mit-italienischer-eischnee-fullung-super-lecker","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.recipes-eu.com\/?p=5032","title":{"rendered":"Selbstgemachte Schaumrollen mit italienischer Eischnee-F\u00fcllung, super lecker"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Zutaten<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">F\u00fcr den Teig:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>250 g Bl\u00e4tterteig (fertig oder selbstgemacht)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ei zum Bestreichen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">F\u00fcr die italienische Baiser-F\u00fcllung:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>3 Eiwei\u00dfe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 g Zucker<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 ml Wasser<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eine Prise Zitronens\u00e4ure oder ein paar Tropfen Zitronensaft<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vanilleextrakt (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Zubereitung<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Vorbereitung der Schaumrollen:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Den Backofen auf 200 \u00b0C vorheizen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Den Bl\u00e4tterteig d\u00fcnn ausrollen (2-3 mm dick).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Den Teig in etwa 1,5 cm breite Streifen schneiden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Streifen um Metallr\u00f6hrchen f\u00fcr Schaumrollen wickeln, sodass sich die Schichten leicht \u00fcberlappen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Oberfl\u00e4che des Teigs mit verquirltem Ei bestreichen, damit eine goldbraune Kruste entsteht.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die R\u00f6hrchen auf ein mit Backpapier belegtes Blech legen und 12-15 Minuten goldbraun backen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ausk\u00fchlen lassen und die R\u00f6hrchen vorsichtig entfernen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Zubereitung der italienischen Baiser-F\u00fcllung:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In einem kleinen Topf Zucker und Wasser mischen. Auf mittlerer Hitze zum Kochen bringen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Den Sirup auf eine Temperatur von 118-120 \u00b0C (weiche Kugel) kochen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>W\u00e4hrenddessen die Eiwei\u00dfe mit der Zitronens\u00e4ure zu weichen Spitzen schlagen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Den hei\u00dfen Sirup in einem d\u00fcnnen Strahl unter st\u00e4ndigem Schlagen mit einem Mixer auf hoher Stufe zu den Eiwei\u00dfen geben.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Weitere 5-7 Minuten schlagen, bis die Masse abgek\u00fchlt, gl\u00e4nzend und fest ist. Optional Vanilleextrakt hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. F\u00fcllen der Schaumrollen:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die Baiser-Masse in einen Spritzbeutel mit T\u00fclle f\u00fcllen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die abgek\u00fchlten Schaumrollen vorsichtig von beiden Seiten mit der Creme f\u00fcllen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nach Wunsch mit Puderzucker bestreuen oder die Enden in geschmolzene Schokolade tauchen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Servieren:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sofort servieren oder bis zu 1-2 Tage im K\u00fchlschrank aufbewahren.
