{"id":5140,"date":"2025-01-19T15:54:59","date_gmt":"2025-01-19T15:54:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.recipes-eu.com\/?p=5140"},"modified":"2025-01-19T15:54:59","modified_gmt":"2025-01-19T15:54:59","slug":"ich-backe-sicher-nur-300-g-milch-und-550g-mehl-hefezopf-von-uroma","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.recipes-eu.com\/?p=5140","title":{"rendered":"Ich backe sicher nur 300 g Milch und 550g Mehl, Hefezopf von Uroma\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zutaten<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Meine lieben, wenn euch das Rezept gef\u00e4llt bitte hinterlassen sie einen Kommentar!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">300 g Milch<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a><\/a>100 g Zucker<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 Packung Vanillezucker<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">70 g Butter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">20 g \u00d6l<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 Eier<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bd W\u00fcrfel Hefe<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">550 g Mehl<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 EL Hagelzucker<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zubereitung<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zuerst Die Milch mit Zucker, Vanillezucker, Butter, \u00d6l und einem Ei vermischen und leicht erw\u00e4rmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Danach die Hefe darin aufl\u00f6sen, das Mehl dazu geben und einen Hefeteig kneten, bei Bedarf noch etwas Mehl dazu geben, bis der Teig nicht mehr klebrig ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Danach Den Teig in 3 gleiche Teile teilen und einen Zopf flechten, das geht am besten, wenn man aus der Mitte zu den beiden Enden flechtet, der Zopf wird dann sch\u00f6n gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig. Bei 50 Grad Ober-\/Unterhitze ca. 45 Minuten gehen lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nun Das zweite Ei verquirlen, den Zopf damit einpinseln und mit Hagelzucker bestreuen. Bei 190 Grad Ober-\/Unterhitze 22-25 Minuten backen. Jetzt den Teig kann man auch f\u00fcr Kleingeb\u00e4ck nehmen.
