Hier stellen wir Ihnen einige schnelle und einfache Rezepte vor, die nicht nur lecker, sondern auch nahrhaft sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Cremige Pasta mit Knoblauch und Spinat<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zutaten:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>250 g Pasta (z. B. Spaghetti oder Penne)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g frischer Spinat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 ml Sahne<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 g Parmesan, gerieben<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salz und Pfeffer nach Geschmack<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 EL Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zubereitung:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die Pasta nach Packungsanweisung kochen und abtropfen lassen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In einer Pfanne Oliven\u00f6l erhitzen und den Knoblauch darin anbraten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Den Spinat hinzuf\u00fcgen und kurz zusammenfallen lassen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sahne und Parmesan dazugeben, mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die gekochte Pasta unterheben und gut vermischen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sofort servieren und nach Belieben mit mehr Parmesan bestreuen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. H\u00e4hnchen-Gem\u00fcse-Pfanne<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zutaten:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 H\u00e4hnchenbrustfilets, gew\u00fcrfelt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Paprika, in Streifen geschnitten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Zucchini, in Scheiben geschnitten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Zwiebel, gew\u00fcrfelt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 EL Sojaso\u00dfe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 EL Honig<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 TL Ingwer, gerieben<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salz und Pfeffer nach Geschmack<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 EL Pflanzen\u00f6l<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zubereitung:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Das \u00d6l in einer gro\u00dfen Pfanne erhitzen und das H\u00e4hnchen anbraten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zwiebel, Paprika und Zucchini hinzuf\u00fcgen und 5 Minuten anbraten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mit Sojaso\u00dfe, Honig und Ingwer w\u00fcrzen, gut vermengen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken und weitere 2-3 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mit Reis oder Nudeln servieren.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Ofenkartoffeln mit Feta und Kr\u00e4utern<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zutaten:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4 mittelgro\u00dfe Kartoffeln<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g Feta-K\u00e4se<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 EL Oliven\u00f6l<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 TL Oregano<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 TL Thymian<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salz und Pfeffer nach Geschmack<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zubereitung:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Den Ofen auf 200\u00b0C vorheizen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die Kartoffeln in Spalten schneiden und mit Oliven\u00f6l, Oregano, Thymian, Salz und Pfeffer vermengen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Auf ein Backblech legen und ca. 30 Minuten backen, bis sie goldbraun sind.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mit zerbr\u00f6seltem Feta servieren.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mit diesen einfachen Rezepten gelingt Ihnen im Handumdrehen ein leckeres Abendessen.
