Heizen Sie Ihren Backofen auf 200 \u00b0C vor. Putzen und sp\u00fclen Sie die kleinen Kartoffeln. Trocknen Sie sie und halbieren Sie sie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Erhitzen Sie eine ofenfeste Pfanne (am besten aus Gusseisen) und geben Sie das Oliven\u00f6l hinein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. F\u00fcgen Sie die Kartoffeln hinzu und lassen Sie sie kochen, bis sie an der Oberfl\u00e4che knusprig erscheinen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Kochen Sie die Kartoffeln unter h\u00e4ufigem Wenden, bis die Schale goldbraun ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. Schieben Sie die \u00c4pfel in eine Ecke der Pfanne, um Platz zu schaffen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Geben Sie den Knoblauch hinein und braten Sie ihn an.
